The total time is about 2 weeks, but on boarding and training is lengthy. They invest a lot in culture training and passion about serving customers (members). People with bad attitudes, late during training, or not engaged will most likely not make it past training. High performance culture!

I was afraid at times...they seem to always screw up on something and people wouldn't be afraid to let me know. Constant errors made by all departments and no one is ever held accountable.
