Hostile work environment. Blame and finger pointing by management permeates the facility instead of team work. Can't keep employees due to the terrible working conditions so you are constantly training new people.
The culture is represented to be nurturing and supportive but this is only true if you are in the right department. Support staff is treated as disposable.
Great great culture! But management lacks ethics
The mid level managment has their clicks and doesn't seem to do much of anything. Most of them need to get let go and the company would run better.

Work environment is very laid back at times and very stress full at times. They need to build a good steady work culture. and Postive attitude towards work.

Very happy work environment with positive, helpful, and personable employees. A lot of laughter and good times while doing projects and meetings. The culture was very diverse with employees from all backgrounds, ages, genders, and social/economic backgrounds.

The work environment was good and bad at times. It just depended on who was your supervisor. Not all were bad just a few.
