Its A Job
Laborer (Former Employee) –  West Elizabeth, PAOctober 14, 2017
The Franchise I worked for got shut down. Management was horrible. They play favoritism a lot and if they don't like someone no matter what they do what ever it takes to get rid of him/her. Put over all it was a great experience and truly a great place to work their benefits are amazing besides the 2-3 rotating shift and management I would have to give this company a five star.
Pros
Real great Pay and benefits
Cons
Management and shifts

Sales Segment Manager / Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Upper Sandusky, OHSeptember 29, 2017
Great flexibility and basically running your own business as you focus on a specific segment of business and grow that segment with current and new customers. Travel all around the country to visit customers as well as the plants.
Pros
flexibility, car allowance, hands off management style, part of large multibillion dollar company
Cons
Slow to ship products, plants run independent from each other, which makes it inconsistent.

Shift Manager (Former Employee) –  Geneva, NYJuly 6, 2017
Work Place culture has been challenging lately with new management regime. Through our struggles, the only way to solve the problem was to graph it. Production teams have struggled with manpower to support the different lines and have made escalations to management with no progress being made. The company does offer good benefits and 401K matching.
Pros
Benefits, room for growth
Cons
Schedule, work load, manpower struggles
