Learned a lot about financial plan under cooperation with co-workers. Hardest part is the difficulty to induce client to set up their financial plan as the bad economic situation. .

Stressful. I never feel appropriately staffed. I don't feel properly compensated either. PTO is good, coworkers are good. Flex work environment is ideal.

I’ve been with Guardian about 5 months and I absolutely love it ! I cannot believe some of these reviews I’ve read that makes the company out to seem bad. I’ve had no issues with PTO days, I was granted lots of time from the start. If the day is open it’s available to take. Simple and easy. Training was wonderful and very hands on. Warm and educated instructors , plus they were willing to help with whatever question I needed. If you need assistance or help on anything it’s always people around to assist, even if there maybe a slight delay and giving the answers or assistance. My work life balance is great! I was able to pick my own schedule from the very start for the most part and you have weekends and holidays off!!! I have a great team lead who encourages me and always assist me with anything I need. I gave up another job I had making about 10 dollars an hour more than I make now and I’m fine with that. The trade off is worth it because I have a life now. I’m appreciative of this opportunity I have with the company and it just feels like home to me. Lots of room for advancement. Great place to work so far !!!! A+

My co-workers were amazing and the work was interesting. The offices are beautiful and fun to work in, and we all worked from home during covid which was great.
