Fire all present management and so called supervisors to start fresh.
Institute mandatory leadership and team building training for all employees in supervisory positions. Stop putting people in a leadership postion that don’t have leadership qualities or abilities
BE HONEST! Tell applicants that the hours are not set hours like other departments (if they're in packing). That they can't leave until it's DONE. Also that hours can change from M-F to adding Saturday with little notice. That this OT is pretty much MANDATORY. That you will work long hours on holidays as well and that you're pretty much expected to be there during inclement weather.
When people come in for interviews have your stuff together and tell applicants exactly what job entails and details of job not vague answers and ‘I don’t know cause corporate tells us nothing’
