The guardians are not good people they will risk your life for some money, and no protection. They lie about security guard being license for the state of Texas, and are child predators and they give fake guns with out telling the guards . If I were a business I would not hire the guardian protection services. San Antonio commission of fire arm license should know about the guardians to shut them down for good, and Harlingen child protective services should also know they bin lied too and rip off of there money because there was no protection at all. The sargents and captains that run this business know of this and should be fired from security company forever or any job that protects the community

Yes. However your employee agreement states you only get paid for jobs that are installed while you’re employed. So if you sell a lot they can fire you and Not pay you owed commission. Happened to me After eight years. I was cheated out of a very large sum of money. Customer satisfaction after the sale is deportable.
