It’s a decent place to work. Should not be considered long term employment. The pay just isn’t there. They care more about attendance but will stress you out about their timing metrics which is almost always impossible to meet. It’s evident as they’ve changed “standard” metrics 3x since I’ve been employed. Even still the job isn’t hard, loads of overtime available, everyone’s really nice.

Low pay, stressful job. Reprimanded for discussing pay increases with co workers. Constantly graded on performance to the point where every chat is nerve racking while you have to handle talking to 4 people at a time. Worked there almost 2 years. Never got in trouble or late in that time, but they found any reason they could to fire me a week after I had some medical issues come up.

The job itself works for people who don't want to be really social and can multitask very well. The people who work there do genuinely try to help as long as you try which can lead to you working there for months to years. The part that makes this a toxic environment is the little pay of 13/hrs to take 3-4 chats at a time while meeting timing quotas that are almost robotic. It's not for everyone and leeway is not given appropriately I believe. But a nice start for working from home.

These people laid me off because my quality scores weren’t 95% they were 75%+ but they fired me . I worked most my shift and they didn’t let me finish the rest of the week which would have been 2 days.
