It it takes about two weeks from the time you are hired 2 the time you are an official employee. In some cases they did this weird thing where you might not be official for a couple of months. If you get into that scenario it really sucks because you were official 90 days doesn't start until the end of that period and your health care benefits are also put on hold as well as vacation time and sick pay.
