Awful experience for me personally. So micromanaged and overly corporate in the most horrific ways possible. I do not recommend it if you value your sanity.
Customers are great, you get to know people and what they like. Management is terrible, too much micro managing.

The customers were really great. Other than that the work environment felt a lot worse than High School. On a normal day you usually feel like you're carrying a monkey on your back all day worrying if that might be the day they let you go at end of your shift. The management did a lot of gossiping about everybody and each other it wasn't uncommon for them to purposely set you up for failure just so they can get rid of you. It was a lot about popularity. I think that's where I learned to absolutely not trust anybody because someone could look you in the eye tell you that you're great and even act like a friend I'll just to get some information on you to use against you later on either too backstab you and take your job or just have something to talk to other people about. Personally I am just not a fan of fake people.
