The Company is growing and with that includes change. The one thing that hasn't changed is the key people who are working so many hours they are getting burnt out. As we grow, I think there's a mix of those who were not on board during early days that do not have the work as many hours necessary to get the job done mentality and those who've been there for three or more years who do not know what it means to work less than 60 hours a week. Partners seem to drive this "be available at all costs" mentality.
