Focus on making the front of the line employees feel more appreciated through promotions, gift cards, personal "thank you" cards. The front of the line employees are directly bringing in revenue but do not feel appreciated. There also seems to be too many managers in the organization. More hands on, less managers would be ideal. A lot of managers seem to spend more time socializing, or on their personal phones throughout the day.
