Good company to work for. The manager is great to work with. You need help they will help you. It's an all around great company to work for. If you want to get into the car business.

Worked years at the GMC store. Great training. Pay is decent. Goals are reasonable but the managers are really something. A hostile work environment. An example of this company, despite how they claim to be honest and family oriented: A manager who was fired from another store for putting his (junk) in an employee's lunch was hired as a manager at my store even after that.

Having worked for this company many years ago it was a shame to see what the grandson has done to it. Not only would I never recommend working here but I will never again buy a vehicle at one of their dealerships.

Flag hours are horrible if u work at acura considering you work 11 hours a day, get maybe 5 hours of acyually pay on a decent day, usually under that, sometimes more up around 9, first pay check you need to wait a month, then your checks after that are every two weeks but a paycheck behind, at work for about 110 hours per pay period but onyl get paid for around 60 if your not being selfish with your hoirs and give cars to your co workers, pay just sucks and so does management, told me and i would be unsuccessful my second week there for trying to visually learn off a mechanic, all in all theres great people to work with there, really the only reason i stayed, no raises even after 2 years, management is 2 faced, recommend not working here, plan on leaving as soon as i get a minimum wage job bc it pays better than this place
