Sensory Panelist, New Brunswick, NJ - December 21, 2015
The work is simple and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Being called in fluctuates and work can be very unstable. Each shift is 2 hours. Samples are placed in front of you and you periodically taste them. Then you provide feedback on the monitors. Many keep to themselves. Talking is discouraged and electronics are not aloud. It is a great time to get reading or studying done.
