Management here loves to play favorites, they will promise you a promotion to keep you happy then when you push the issue 6 months later, they will let you go. Great place for a paycheck, but expect to gradually get a heavier work load with no extra compensation.

Run run run

Its a circus, management pushes complaints under the rug as they only they for a pay check. Promises the world but just rewards you with extra work if you know the job from other people who just show up to eat and count the ceiling tiles. Raises are not a thing and if you get .25c they just bump everyone to the same in 6/8 months. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Good pay but not enough work

Unorganized; continue to hire people but have no work most of the time Stop complains about cycle times all the time when workers continuously have to sit and wait for the pallets to come down the line.
