The management are often understanding of employees, and the restaurant has a great theme, and money was good. They had awesome Christmas parties and were very approachable to time off. However, lack of transparency regarding tip-share policies, worker burnouts, and no formal employee to management services(suggestion boxes) or employee reviews were stifling.
