You have to keep yourself busy here lots of clothes to fold and put away assisting customers with clothing items finding the right sizes and styles for the customers and keeping a smile on your face pushing sales to reach the goal

Pay is great as well as benefits but management and rules tend to have you feeling as if they don’t actually care for your well-being. Being retail, I’ve encountered quite a few extreme and unusual customers yet the management is by far the worse part.

H&M company needs to manage theres head of the house management NO ONE IS NEVER ON THE SAME PAGE! Theres poor communication, follow up, motivation for the employees. The job is easy, but surrounded by a lot of nonsense and exposure with positive covid co-workers and management. The company DONT CARE for the employees well being and sick rest!

It was a fairly easy job to do. Working the sales floor, handling the registers, and making sure the truck was completed were all priorities.I felt like they were pushing the loyalty program too much, which was fine until the new manager started threatening employees by docking their hours if they didn't meet their individual 50% goal.Management also encouraged feedback from employees but it often went in one ear and out the other. I never felt like I was truly heard.The turnover was crazy. In my almost 2 years there, 30 employees had come and gone. Management was never consistent, which is why a lot of my co-workers felt the need to leave.When I first started working here, I was told about possibly advancing to full-time or even becoming a Dept. Manager because of my previous experience as a manager but with constant management changes that never happened. Instead, my hours were cut and new hires took more of a priority.

It was a group interview. they ask you questions about the history of H&M and what H&M stands for, but you're mainly just doing activities so they can see how well you work with others

They read your application, resume, and cover letter (well, they did for me) and draw questions from that. So be prepared to answer questions about your past experiences. They also ask questions like: - Why H&M - If you had a lazy coworker, how would you approach the situation - What were your job duties at your past role - Are you comfortable leading/being a leader in certain situations But my questions mainly dealt with my resume and the information that I put in my application so it may vary from person to person.
