H&M is a good company to work for, company wise. I have to say after a few months tasks and overall job life becomes very repetetive and the joy is kind of taken out of being there.

No room for growth. Wouldn’t recommend. Apply else where. All workers due is gossip. Management is unprofessional as well. Ok job for young person but do not expect much
Sales Advisor in Times Square, NY

the work if very minimal if im being honest, with one hour breaks. as long as you do your job the managers won't bother you, the only downfall I will say is that if you are a part time worker your hours will fall off during specific seasons such as the winter time,
CSO US Online Sales- Customer service in Chicago, IL

-Easy job, but gets boring real quick. Your TL is not a real manager so it gets confusing as to who you should go to. -Wasn’t a fan of the schedule - would have stayed if the PAY was BETTER- need to work on better communication between the warehouse and customer service agents. A lot of CX issues could be resolved with better issues as to what is going on with their packages. - Back office agents were rude and didn’t help much. Often would call and someone was either sleeping, in which I could hear them snoring through the phone- it’s pretty said, you go through a month long of training, in which my trainers were amazing. But, once in the filled, it’s a snooze fest and too much miscommunication - Benefits we’re good

although my location started out quite understaffed there were more of us during my time working there during the summerit can be pretty stressful at times dealing with busy hours, rude customers, or working a closing shift on weekends since many people call outi would 100% work here again if only the pay was better, i got along well with my coworkers and loved my managers!

Interview Questions

It was a group interview. they ask you questions about the history of H&M and what H&M stands for, but you're mainly just doing activities so they can see how well you work with others

Shared on April 7, 2019

They read your application, resume, and cover letter (well, they did for me) and draw questions from that. So be prepared to answer questions about your past experiences. They also ask questions like: - Why H&M - If you had a lazy coworker, how would you approach the situation - What were your job duties at your past role - Are you comfortable leading/being a leader in certain situations But my questions mainly dealt with my resume and the information that I put in my application so it may vary from person to person.
