Applied and was asked to attend a group interview with in a week. The interview was interesting, had to give presentations on cutsomer servise and how we would respond in certain circumstances. Note: they take note of how you interact with others getting interviewed, be nice and confident!
The interview was a friday and I heard back the next tuesday that I got the job
I applied online, and was automatically rejected the next day. I had the experience but I'm not sure what they were looking for.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at H&M? What are the steps along the way?
I applied online and received an interview email 2 days later. I received the job offer 1 day after the interview. First training day was a week later.
Recently had a group interview with h&m. There was 25 people in the group aiming to get a job - most of them were 16 year olds. Someone else in the group was 26 and the interviewers mentioned to her that they were looking for younger people for the job (16-18 year olds). The 16 year olds w/ no experience or qualifications got this job, in comparison to 20+ aged people with experience and qualifications in retail. Don't bother going to the group interview as they are looking for cheap labour unless you have just finished school this will be suitable for you. The whole process of group interview then one-on-one interview after lasted 3 hours.
