The csps are there to makevthe client valued i.e. repest client. Thank them. If their tax pro is not present allow csps to drop off. My former office had 6 tax pros and lots of clients. Once clients undetstood yhe vslue of remaining with their existing tax pro, it became a much easier sell

I am proud to tell people that I work for H&R Block, I have been a CSP for 3 seasons now, this will be my 4th, but deciding if I want to do taxes, I have had people tell me, do taxes, and I have had tax professionals tell me, you are a great CSP, why change ; )

For a first year tax pro training begins in Sept. If you are a returning tax pro/manager training is year round with the main focus July thru November.

W my bonus, I averaged 12. Before bonus, it was 9. I know people who average in the 20s but they have a very established client base from decades of experienxe.
