DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT WORK-LIFE BALANCE. They said we would get the weekends off after change to 8-hr shift from 12. THEY NEVER DID... instead we are now working 6DAYS/ WK. Management said "mandatory" but they get to sit at home on their azz and chill. WE HAVE TO WORK...

It's a disappointment. Management choose their favorite. They would change work description for their favorite to get the job. WHERE IS THE "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER" AT??? PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE STRESSED OUT, DEPRESSED, AND ANGRY ALL THE TIME

Plant works Pittman schedule. I manage both night shifts and work 5 days per week. Average hours per day is 10. However on occasion 12+.

No. You have to work weekends. They would put the sign out "it's mandatory". You will get points for missing weekend work.
