I had done my clinical rotations at Northside hospital and fell in love with it. So you could say that I have my dream job as my very first RN postion. The hospital is great and the people on my floor are amazing.

Not enough staff

Never have enough staff it becomes a safety issues it's crazy they leave you on floor alone staff disappears for hours can't ever find supervisor staff is going to get hurt or a patient will then it's your fault

Great place to learn and grow. Education is highly encouraged. They have Zen rooms with massage chairs.

I spent 13 years at Northside and it was the best education experience. I became an open heart nurse thru there program. Great people and I still keep in touch.

Terrible

The culture here is terrible, management and staff. The hospital itself is so outdated, power outages. And absolutely no security, the ones there are TERRIBLE and in the are we got lots of violent patients
