What is the sick leave policy like? How many sick days do you get per year?

No sick days, unlike other hospitals. Your PTO is accrued if you are only full time and is dependent on hours worked. You get a point if you’re sick. You don’t, however, by coming in and then leaving. Which makes no sense to infect others including patients.

Sick leave is included with PTO. Every call in for being sick is the same as any other call in for whatever reason, and will be counted against you.
