The most important thing to know is that you have to schedule PTO two weeks in advance so if you get sick and have not provided that two week notice it will count against you. Some people come in sick for half a day to game the system so it only counts as half an occurrence rather than a whole occurrence. Total of seven and you’re terminated. Full-time employees earn a little more than six hours per paycheck. There are no paid holidays. Sick time, vacation time, and holidays all come out of PTO as you earn it
