How about protective gear for the direct care givers(CNAs)? Is it too much to ask for plastic/polythene aprons for bed baths, showers, cleaning soiled residents?

We appreciate your question! If someone goes through the entire hiring/interviewing process, the steps would be: online application, interview (possible phone and/or live interviews), offer, and onboarding including drug testing and background checks. Typically the first day of employment is orientation. We try to get candidates through the hiring/interviewing process as quickly as possible. Once someone has been interviewed and made an offer, we try to get someone started as soon as the onboarding steps are completed. Too much drama and pointing fingers

You are hiring healthcare professionals. The Nurse practitioners are licensed, certificate, and well versed in medical care. It is am insult to set them up for an interview with an HCR Manor upper management who are given titles as medical directors when in fact they are administrators with business training but zero medical training. They are not qualified to evaluate NP candidates.
