Report answer

It takes about 1 day to get a call back from submission of application because they are always short staffed and need more people as employee turnover is VERY HIGH.

Training does not really exists but if you are lucky you will get one official day of training during the morning. However expect to work regular shifts even before you get trained.

Do expect to get emails during the middle of your shift and check email before going to sleep because if you are scheduled for training they will sometimes tell you at the very last minute to come in during the morning. (that was my experience) I missed my training because they told me last minute. I work without proper training, welcome to HCR.
