Make sure they notify state so they have record I worked for palos heights facility 1992-2005 there was no record with state put me in a big pickle
Noticed I was previous employed years earlier and hired me. Did not even check to see if I had certification or had L2 background check. Later I was told it was my resposibility
The interview process is easy. The head nurse will conduct the interview in her office (which isn't always private). When I had my interview another nurse was in the room awkward. They will ask you if you've ever made mistakes and how you've handled it. They will ask how you solve problems and how you get along with others. They will also ask what skills you have that will help you do the job.

Short and brief, but the director was nice.its at yardley.its a great place to work.
Having been interviewed more than once I can answer this one! It depends on the facility and the person doing the interview. However overall it is fairly laidback friendly and informative. Show respect and you will get respect. Dress for success. No blue jeans
You got to be patient there are a lot of people who put in a job there
Very intense in the beginning

Interview process is average! You have to be able to sell yourself, that’s at any interview.
The interview process is average. However, they need to communicate better and see people on a more timely fashion.
