Collaborative and Flexible

Working environment is collaborative and the staff supports each other. Principals of the firm make themselves accessible and it's a place where everyone can be heard. Individual needs are respected. There is very low employee turnover, most of the staff has been here for over 10 years.

Cons

Traffic but if you live nearby, not a big deal

Good Opportunity

It is a great environment for go getters. There is a lot of opportunity for autonomy and you do not have to deal with being micro-managed. You will have the opportunity to provide input on a range of different matters. They can be hesitant to adopt new changes, especially with respect to technology. It is tougher for younger advisors.

Great environment for self-starters

This firm allows for you to create opportunities for yourself so it's a great environment if you are a driven, self-starter. The leadership team is always open to hearing suggestions from the entire staff and they promote an inclusive environment where people can be involved in the growth of the company. There is also great flexibility here for work life balance, the owners are very understanding of personal responsibilities and make it easy for their employees to balance work and life outside of the office.

Family Office

Family run office. Not entirely set up to groom young employees into future financial advisors. Learned a lot about financial planning software Money and how to implement it with clients.
