A typical day at work involves managers working as cooks and cashiers. Balancing the multi tasks required becomes stressful. Hours worked do not factor in employees opening the restaurant after closing the previous night. The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with the customers and building a rapport with repeat customers.
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Chantilly, VA - April 7, 2020
no matter how much work and time you put in, the company ONLY looks at all the wrong you do, not the rights. looks at all your faults, not strengths. if you need a quick job, its fine... but in the long run it isnt worth it. they will throw you under the bus faster than the bus gets turned on
It was a good job to have though my managers at the time were alright. It's a stress environment and use the white glove service. So if you are social and comfortable with going around talking to customers and serving then it's not bad.
