This place is a terrible company. I worked here for a month and quit. They do not value their employees and are shady. You can do so much better!!!!!!
District Manager in Orlando, FL

They strive for a “family” environment but fall flat. The upper management will gaslight you. They speak to coaching and leadership but they use coaching to manipulate people. It’s a toxic environment for people who are passionate about the industry. Their goal is to basically groom young stylist into their money machines. They say “aren’t we lucky to be apart of a company who cares so much for us” after they cut down PTO earnings. If you want to grow in the company it’s more about politics than your skill set.The company was recently bought out but all the same issues are there because all the same upper management is there.
