Worked there for many years. You don't succeed unless you slave yourself to their standards and goals. You learn alot and it's a good stepping stone for a better future. Medical benefits suck. You have to sell their products as part of your job or you won't make it. Very competitive people will go as far as stealing your clients. Work at a HC that is always busy not slow and quiet.

The only holidays they are closed is new years day, independence day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day. Insurance has very limited providers in the Chicago area, and is expensive.

The goals were on the high side and had to be met to have a higher commission percentage. The higher the sales the more money you made. It was hard to reach some weeks depending on the clientele coming in the salon.
