If you were in charge, what would you do to make HALCON Furniture a better place to work?

I would like to see more including of new comers and would like to see some more training material for new joiners to start with. it can get overwhelming.
As an innovator in the industry, we are often changing, growing, and improving. This fast-moving environment can sometimes make training of new employees a bit more challenging, and more frequent updates in training documentation could help newer employees.
There has to be some sort of work /life consistency. It's hard to work that much consistent overtime and not get burnt out
Add consistency, ley The data speak louder than the good ole boys, be clear and organized with expectations
