The work is good the environment needs work. Most of the people are collaborative however the management needs a make over. Often as an employee I don't feel heard or appreciated for the work that I do.

Hallmark Aviation Services provides the customer service personnel for airlines in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area. Working there was an eye opener to the many different cultures and modes of working in a (sometimes) chaotic organization. The job put you through the ringer on your time and patience, but it does introduce you to great people.
