Yes. But honestly it's not worth it. First of all it's stand-by only. Because of high turn over you rarely get time off. I had it for years and NEVER got to use it. No good if you ask me. I believe Hallmark just wants to be able to say they offer travel benefits.
If get hired by hallmark as a customer service agent, can still apply for any airlines for direct hire?
Hallmark does not pay well. The startup pay is horrible and the raises are 10/20 on the dollars and its not guaranteed yearly. The managers are very messy and juvenile. Hallmark has many expectations of its employees but no regard for them. I worked at Atlanta Airport and during my years there the TURNOVER RATE WAS UNREAL.
If I were to leave Hallmark Aviation Services it would be due to the failure of corporate management in addressing the overwhelming cause for complaints made against an account supervisor that is never fully addressed and taken seriously, resulting in poor operations and given the company a bad rapport by airline clientele and employees
When you apply for a job, you can ask what airline are you interviewing for. Need to ask before interview about work schedule. If not fit with your life or school schdule, ask to interview with another airlines. But if you are flexible on schedule, just go to the interview with the first opening airline. If you have a lot of schedule restriction, need to be up front during the interview.
