Hallmark does not pay well. The startup pay is horrible and the raises are 10/20 on the dollars and its not guaranteed yearly. The managers are very messy and juvenile. Hallmark has many expectations of its employees but no regard for them. I worked at Atlanta Airport and during my years there the TURNOVER RATE WAS UNREAL.
If i get position. I try to focus on my duty.not a interested to other company position
Yes, the company is very open to anybody who has the capability or ability to any other airlines that is direct hire and will give them a good future and for their career advancement experience.

Of course, but you can only work for both if that airline is handled by Hallmark Aviation Services

Yes but it depends on how hallmark and the airline want the hiring to be like (ex: they quit hallmark if they become a direct hire or they can work out schedule for you)
