I felt like I was providing a valuable service to people by educating them on how horrible the company treats its employees.
I honestly loved the store, it was a great place to work besides the general manger and owners.

When I tell people they ooh and ah and think it is “cute” It is as good as any other large corporation I’ve ever worked for. Has good protocols in place for learning the job and some excellent people in Territory Supervisory positions. Installation people are low on Emotional Intelligence and should be trained in this area. Not all, but I have encountered a couple of doozies. Very gruff and unsophisticated.
I don't mind telling people because most people know what goes into working there. You either make it or you don't. I tell them I left because I didn't feel I was fit for the job.

I felt proud and protective of our company. 'O-U-R' company! From day one you wear treated like family. Yes, that old cliche, but it was true. The camaradie with coworkers was great! We had talent that rivaled the best of Disney for years! Everyones skills excelled as my department grew. Projects evolving from pencil to product gave one quite the sense of accomplishment.
