For my store they were rarely approved (even for a $0.10 raise) and often taken away
Asked all my coworkers this question (even though it’s taboo) and even those who have been there for 10+ years earn the same amount of money as me (1 year). No yearly raises, no bonus money if you reach a sale goal, absolutely nothing.
Never. You get an increase in your employee discount sometimes, but not an actual monetary raise.
I worked there 15 months and did not receive a raise. One can begin working there at a rate that is a little higher than others who have been working there for many years; it is a very unfair pay structure.
The location i worked at didn't offer any raises, but we did get bonus checks if we as a team made sales goals.
As far as I know raises are given twice a year and everyone gets the same percentage amount. When raises are due an email is sent out stating the date that you must have started by (usually 6mo.) and the percentage that will be given.
The raises occur at hallmark each and every year. Dedication and hard work is the key
Unless you are made a key-holder, basically a second-in-command, never. Even then, I believe the raise is only 20 or 25 cents.
I have received no pay raise in 2 years; 'nobody', with the company I worked for, received raises.
Once a year
