I put in 2 1/2 years and I enjoyed my job .I would make sure My hard workers would get more respect at Walmart stores they treat your workers badly that's why I quit working.card people get more respect in small stores .and my supervisor didn't help with the matter she left me quit and she knew why I quit and did nothing to help me out this was about 9 years ago..I should have been offered my job back.
Supportive management, that have exspirence in the department and follow through with requirements for the employees to do their job more efficiently and to give credit to whom it belongs.
Everything was run very professionally. It is a family owned company and they just ask that you show up or call in to get your shift covered. A no call no show should be an automatic termination, but more chances are given.
