Pay all merchandisers a pay of $20.00 per hour.
More hours to put out cards and cards should come pre-sorted!!! A, B, C, D... etc.
If I were in charge I would make certain that workers got paid a decent wage, and I would make sure there were enough hours given to perform the work. I would also make sure that I hired individuals that supervised and trained the employees well, and were confident and self assured so that decisions at stores would be made without having to constantly wait for my approval.
Supportive management, that have exspirence in the department and follow through with requirements for the employees to do their job more efficiently and to give credit to whom it belongs.
Everything was run very professionally. It is a family owned company and they just ask that you show up or call in to get your shift covered. A no call no show should be an automatic termination, but more chances are given.
Be fair to all levels of employes
I would sent the cards in orders of rows
Make some of the fixtures fit better in the new resets
I would make sure my management staff was competent.
Nothing I think the way they run there company is just fine.
