Over the phone interview
In a cafe ..yes really.
I had answered an ad in the local newspaper --then, I went in for an interview & got hired. This was before the computer culture took hold, of course! I filled out a short application.
Very straight forward asked a lot of customer based questions
Basically, manager calls you. Talks to you a little over the phone and then schedules you to come in for a face to face. (Just a little introduction). In the interview it's the typical *what is customer service, *what would you do to prevent someone from stealing* how to handle unhappy customers questions. My boss hired me on the spot. But others she has hired with in the week. Trying to weigh in and out of options.
Phone interview
My interview process was great, The manager and assistant manager met with me and asked me terrific questions and really got to know me before they hired me
I did not get interviewed, I got hired on the spot.
You interview over the phone one possibly two times. You are offered the position they have available and what they will pay. If you accept, you are scheduled to meet with the territory assistant for your territory.
