The interview is by phone, no face to face contact until you accept job, then you meet with territory supervisor to show identification.
My experience with manager via computer. Then finally phone contact. Was great. Very comfortable.
Only reason I joined company. Process too long
One phone interview
No it was questioned by a person on the phone. The job and the hours that I was to work were not the same as when I met in person with my manager. Two totally different explanations.
I applied, was emailed for a phone interview the following day. Within 3 hours of the phone interview I received an automated email offering me the position. I WISH the interview process was in person as I would not have accepted the position had I met with my direct supervisor in person beforehand.
Face to Face with owner
The interview is faced to face and you will fill out a full application.
Very typical interview. They had me fill out a personality survey about myself and answer scenario questions (what if this happened).
