Each store we service has a say on how long they would like their merchandiser to visit and then we divide the hours up as necessary to get all of our work completed per week that and which day you need to visit your store that suits them.
I honestly think it’s because the company may want to save money by not giving associates more hours and so the associates can stay in budget.
They are restricted because the time a person takes the maintain their stores differs at each store.
