Working through customer issues (returns; broken products; getting products for the customer from another Hallmark store. 4. Working with management to ensure the customer is totally satisfied with there product; return and service.

Flexible but not worth the time or gas spent on getting to accounts Low Paying

It is great that most times your work time is flexible but the pay is way too low in this economy, Even if you are part time they do not approve you taking time off before or after a holiday

Pros

Flexibity most of the time

Cons

Low pay

Great culture to be a part of

It's a great place to be a team with a lot of great people. The pay is good. There are raises every year. It's easy to move around within the company.

Hard on body but easy work

Hours can vary depending on work. Overall it’s an easy job just have to be a self starter. Must be available around the holidays. Sometimes there is way too much work and sometimes there is very little.

Flexible Schedule

Good place to work if you are looking for a part time job. Great for stay at home moms or retired. Extra income but not a lot. Ability to volunteer for more hours.

flexible hours but unorganized

There is no order in this job so if you want there to be a specific way things are done this isn’t for you. Long two week training although is paid for drags on a bit.

Great place to work

I love Hallmark and everyone I have met at Hallmark. Very caring leadership. Benefits especially medical insurance are lacking but remote work opportunities makes up for it.

Flexible Schedule

A wonderful job turn earn extra money, part time. This job has great pay and has flexible working hours. Oh great job for a mother who needs to earn a couple extra dollars and can work around their children’s schedule.

Great place to work

Everyone is so kind and really do work as a team. Definitely the best job I’ve had. It is great to work independently. The job is very simple however the hours are fairly low so this would be considered “side work” to most people.

Great hours, great training, very flexible

I really enjoy working for Hallmark! I pick my hours according to my Childs schedule, the people are really nice, deadlines are clear and understandable. I'm often offered more hours if I'd like. Overall its an easy job to clock in, do your job independently and go home for the night. This job is great for stay at home parents wanting to get out a bit, retirees looking for a little extra $$ or anyone looking to make some bonus income!

Fun job

Great job. Pays the bills. Great Co workers. Different schedule every week. Not a stable job. Not a career. I was looking for more.

Easy work but toxic higher management

Just saying it was nice to work there, but after a bit, the company cracks started to show. They barely care about employees, and also overstock on things we never needed, then complain about how we didn't sell all of those items. The most annoying is the yearly raises, which barely follow our minimum wage. Nice place to work for a few months, don't plan on staying there for a long time.

Productive management

Productive fun workplace good team and staff with some days off if there are major holidays although workload can be much heavier during busy seasons.

Great place to work

Flexible schedule and decent pay. This is a great job but seasonally it is a lot of work, the flexibility makes it all worth it in the end. Don't be afraid to ask for more money.

Part time Easy scheduling

I worked partime for hallmark. The work itself was pretty easy and I got to pick my hours most days. My territory supervisor that I worked with was nice and helped me out a lot.

Loved job for over a decade....

Servicing multiple retailers weekly, the amount of duties and stores you are required to do didn't match the pay anymore. Low summer hours along with .21 cent pay raise made me switch to American Greetings after 13 years.

Pros

flexible schedule except holidays

Cons

unrealistic amount of things to do in alotted weekly times.

Repetitive Work

It's an ok place to work but the pay is really low for the amount of work you do. If the pay was higher I probably would still be there today. No major problems working there.

Flexible work schedule

Extremely flexible work schedule but be prepared to work holidays and the months November through June are extremely busy but then hours drop drastically after holiday season

Boring at times

It was fine. Boring at times but OK when there were customers to help the Christmas music might drive you crazy during the holidays. There are better paying jobs.
