Retail Merchandising (Former Employee) –  MiJune 14, 2019
Not too bad if you dont need money. With the exception of Holidays, you dont work a lot of hours. Never get anytime off before, during or after the holiday.
Pros
Flexible hours
Cons
Low pay

Terrible benefits but fun
Sales Associate/Key Holder (Former Employee) –  Valdosta, GAJuly 15, 2019
It was a fun place to work and fairly simple. Most days were just helping customers and doing inventory and restocking shelves. However I would work 50 hour weeks and not get paid overtime and never a single benefit. Not even a store discount. Management was biased and gave special treatment to others. Enjoyed working for a private owner and liked that all associates were key holders so there was not always management on every shift.

Working on your own and make sure you get your work don’t in the time allotted
Stick to your floor plan. And all company procedures. Immediate supervisor was great. District supervisor was not
