Long hours, unreal expectations

You work all day Monday thru Friday, they expect you make work even when there is nothing to do. The management team doesn't communicate with each other and you're the scapegoat for anything that happens. If you like to know when you're getting off work or have a family don't go there..

Hallway Plumbing has a family feel where everyone genuinely cares about each other and the success of the company. We work hard, but play hard too and have each others backs no matter what is happening. It is the best environment and place to work I have experienced in my adult life/career of 35 years.

This company is a great company to work for overall. They work with you and family matters, most employees treat you like family and are always wanting to help. They host dinners/lunches for the employees and holidays we decorate our offices and do a contest. It’s fun and professional all at the same time.
