My opinion because of covid-19 I would do virtual interviews or at least try it for a little bit to see how it works less risk of anybody getting anything and still the company is doing business
The company is very supporting of its workers and the very reasonable, great with its wages, great with hiring and non discriminatory the company also holds very great corporate connections
Pros
Hiring, Non discriminatory, Great pay rate
Cons
N/a
Great place to work. Help and hours are always three when needed. The work environment makes work seem like it isn't work. Just another day making people happy
Job seekers rely on your experience.
Every work experience is unique. Let people know your thoughts on previous employers.
Good company to work for, temps to hire, benefits package. Sometimes laid off due to lack of work. Accommodate based on needs; can put on a bus route. Meals machine, soda machine, snacks. Furnished work accessories like ear plugs google eye wear, gloves and disinfectant. Overtime pay. Friendly and professional
It was a tmp agency. The work was varied and sent you to a variety of places. Some where for a day here or their others for longer. It all depended on what they have available.
Great place to work for. Would possibly work for company again. I gained a great deal of experience by learning new skills like data entry, filing paper work, and gaining experience on how to view and work with customers.
when i learned something i keep It an share it with others, that make me feel like i done something,to help others in needs.helping others out in needs
Pros
lunch time
Cons
healthcare policy
This temp agency did not provide secure work, I would have to go to multiple locations for work. I did not like the temp to hire process, I was interested In actually being hired.
I have work for two branches of Hamilton Connections hamden ct and east Hartford ct and everyone in both branches were very professional, different assignments brings different atmosphere but at every job sight Hamilton Connections have some one on sight from the office that we the workers reports too
I loved working for hamilton connections cause the hours were a little more flexible they worked with you and understood you having a life outside the work place
i learned how to ship packages and un load them i sent them off to diff places clean my area how to help others when tthey neede help help me to be on time help me to move at a good pace
It is a temp agency. They get you a job the minute you step in the door so it is very convenient. Only problem I had with them is when I first started he was giving me actual temp jobs (For example 2 day jobs) so make sure you tell them you only want Temp to Hire.
Pros
Fast Jobs
Cons
Attitude and Temp Jobs
Great company to work for they will teach u about Construction if you are willing to learn the people are great to work with and very easy to get alone with

I worked at several locations with this company, none of which lasted 6months.I started in 2004 I believe and was placed in Kraft tools immediately .There ,I stationed at a paint line.
Pros
I liked the staff
Cons
short temps
Working for hamilton connections is very exciting, as well as a good learning experience do to the fact that your job could change on a weekly basis. Also, management is very helpful with any concerns.
Good company fast pace good pay clean environment respectable Secretary companies are good payed weekly bosses are nice and well maintained bathrooms are clean
Stop letting all the good hard workers go for the guys who come late and call out every other day. Give more breaks especially during the summer time and a place to warm up during the winter.
Pros
No boss harassing you about the work getting done.
Cons
Your outside working no matter the weather conditions
Hamilton was a good place to find work for a seasonal or contracted position. I would go back and work when i need the extra work if need be. Hamilton connections for the most part is a pretty alright contract workplace.
