Come prepared! We are fairly casual at Hammer, but looking nice for an interview is a good idea. Candidates who submit or provide a resume are more strongly considered for an interview. Check out our website before your interview. Experience is not required, but doing a bit of research on person-centered thinking is a great tip!

I enjoy going to work every day because it never feels like a job. Sometimes it seems silly to be paid to spend time with people, and it is so important to remember that the work is about them. They make me smile and fill my heart with joy when I am there.
