Large company, "disposable employee" attitude.
There was no "typical" day at work. This company is totally reactive with no proactive procedures. I accepted this job to help learn the automotive concept, with the thought of transferring many years of motorcycle Service Management experience. Concepts and procedures are the same in both but mangers refused to give credit for past experience.
As - more ... a whole, the employees wire personable but continually talked about how much they "hated this place" and could not wait to get out.
