The positive side regarding working hours is that you make your own schedule.
The negative side you have to be at work whether you have clients or not and you are require to stay at work and make yourself useful like folding laundry without getting pay. Also, you have to come half hour before your shift without getting pay for this half hour.
The place I worked has too many therapists. Many of us wait for hours to get a client through walks-in.
