The benefits depend on each location. If you’re a full time then you’ll get some benefits such as paid vacation after a year, monthly or yearly bonus or a gift card based on performance. Reimbursement on CE class. 50% off services and 30% off on products. Free service if trade services. You have to buy your own insurance though. They also have a tier level pay that you can move up based on you repeat request client amount.

The availability of benefits depends on the location that you are employed because the franchises are independently owned. Supplemental health insurance, dental, life, vision, paid vacation and 401k are all available for employees who work the required amount of hours.
Other benefits include monthly bonuses, free massages, cash gift cards, CE reimbursement and referral bonuses that are available based on good performance.

Hand and Stone is a great place to work. They keep you booked and you have the luxury of making your own schedule without the responsibility of overhead because they provide all the supplies needed to work. New therapists have an opportunity to get their feet wet.

One of the best things about Hand and Stone is they allow you the freedom of customizing your session to the client’s needs by allowing you to perform your massage the way you want to perform it (within some limits). They allow you to be an individual.

NONE! On the top you have to have your own liability insurance. No recompense for working on holidays, no paid vacation, no health insurance, no 401 K, nothing. If you have a lot of repeat clients, you get a sticker next to your name in the back room!
We got $20 gift card from marshal's for Christmas even we sold $90 000 in gift certificates!

None... maybe like a discount. But when i was hired no benefits and you have to be responsible for your liability insurance, a good company would pay for that and want to protect you.
