unethical and illegal practices in HR and upper-management

Loved the job and work very much, some of the staff in HR and management need to be reassigned to other areas or simply let go due to incompetence as they are not qualified nor are they unbiased when making managerial decisions pertaining to promotions, pay and over all fairness. Many issues with pay and illegal practices that I will not participate and can not to over look due to possible legal implications and personal ethics. Recruiters are rude and not personable, many good candidates are over looked and sub par candidates get hired because the salary and hourly recruiters are unable to effectively and objectively screen candidates properly. Hankook has a ton of growing pains to overcome.

Hard work goes unappreciated, no advancment unless you make friends with certain individuals.
