Horrible....if you miss answer a question they take weeks to hire you..never answer yes unless you've been convicted of a felony..I've never had s felony it bean convicted of anything and they're doing bull

Not let the favorites slack off and make it harder for everyone else to do their job. Upper management was clueless or ruthless, I'd fire them all and replace them with experienced people who showed empathetic traits.

Don’t brush bad behavior under the rug, implement benefits based on merit rather than favoritism, better scheduling, don’t leave departments understaffed, and please do pay your employees appropriately for their level of hard work and experience. Don’t make them beg for hours and then leave a department empty, it reflects back on you as a company.
