Working at Hardrock Service was more of a seasonal job, while working outside was nice, the weather sometimes didn't cooperate. Management and the employees were laid back and never very serious, but very hard working.

When I started working at AC's Hard Rock, I came on with the best of intentions, and I've met and befriended some of the most fun and interesting people (both co-workers and guests) on the job, that made the job fun, and I'll miss those individuals greatly. On the flipside, Security Management (sans certain people) are the shadiest people I've ever met, with the biggest superiority complexes ever, and they'll blatantly screw you over if it benefits them in the long run. Management plus dealing with extremely rude and entitled guests make working at AC's Hard Rock very stressful and draining on your mental health, don't even get me started on the blatant favoritism and slow advancement opportunities (if any at all) but at least we got the pay raise. I hope that the few good people I've worked with on swing shift are smart enough to stay clean, learn what you can, and drop the Hard Rock like a bad habit when something bigger and better happens, because this isn't worth ruining your happiness and mental health over.

Great place to work. Basically like a family reunion. It's all love, well structured company. I believe management needs to be a little more organized but overall hard rock cafe was the place to be. It's designed to be ran as a unit as team work.
