Good students, bad management
Currently an English Teacher (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – May 23, 2018
Most of the people I work with at Harmony are wonderful. There are some truly dedicated teachers at Harmony, and the student body is disproportionally made up of hard-working students. However, there are many, many management issues with the school, especially that we are understaffed and have constant turnover. Because of that, there is very little support and a lot of management issues.
A lot of freedom, good students, and smaller campus makes for a sense of community
Poor management leads to many problems, including lack of supplies, disorganization with events, and poor communication.
